Due to the impossibility of returning digital products, all sales are final except for reasons as expressly provided below.

  • The asset was not as advertised.
  • The asset contains major defects and/or the impossibility to be used within 3D engines and other 3D software packages depending on the type of asset.

Refunds are generally accepted if the request was made within 2 weeks from the date of purchase.

In the case of a purchase upgrade whereby you wish to purchase an asset pack containing new assets in addition to assets that you have previously owned, kindly provide us the invoice number for your previous purchase. We’ll offer a discount voucher instead of a refund for such cases.

If you’ve purchased asset(s) from other sites and you wish for a refund, please provide us with the invoice number and date of purchase. In most cases, we can assist you with the refund.
